    I have been trying for over two weeks to get my game code that was promised with my new Xbox One console. I have worked with Xbox One support three different times with each one concluding with promises that the issue is fixed. But it never is fixed.. I
    am trying to get Forza 6.

    The last thing Xbox One support suggested was posting on this forum. So, now I have done that.

    I lost my code

    I got the Xbox one name your game bundle for my birthday and accidentally threw away the box away without retrieving the code for Forza 6. I called the support center and the said to ask about Xbox sending a code for me to redeem the game.

    I have filled out the form twice and submitted both times. No code ever comes. I looked in all of the junk folders and spam filters. No code. Microsoft does not even claim to have sent the code. They agree they have not sent it. Seems illegal to me, since
    I have paid for it.

    Which specific promotion are you referring to? If you purchased a Forza 6 Xbox One console bundle, the code should be inside the box. If that's the case, be sure to check through the packaging for the code.
