Forza 6 DLC

I pre-ordered the Forza 6 Console back in Sept. I still have not received my DLC for pre-ordering the console.

Redeem code for Forza 6 Ford GT Le Man car..

I am a very occasional player and also did not see a DLC for this in my Xbox messages. There was an April DLC for Chryslus Rocket '69 -- so the system seemed to be work for that.

However no sign of Ford GT DLC that is supposed to be for all players of Forza.

Where did you purchase the Forza 6 Xbox One bundle? All of the content should be included within the bundle, but if there are additional pieces of DLC that a retailer offered, you will want to get in contact with the retailer you purchased from. We do not
have any Forza 6 DLC codes to provide through this forum.

I bought the bundle at the brick and mortar Microsoft Store. I went back to them, they told me I should have received that in an email. I contacted Microsoft Store.com Support, who directed me to Xbox Support. The first time I contacted Xbox Support the
rep told me he was speaking with Forza support on my behalf to get the code and I should stay in the chat. However the chat got disconnected most likely due to the inactivity while I was waiting for him to get back to me. So I started a new chat, and that
rep told me to post in the forums here to get the code.

I trust the first rep is either trying to get me the code or has gotten me the code, I just can't seem to get in contact with him again.

 

Thanks for the follow up! The store employee you spoke to is correct. All pre-order bonuses and promotional items provided through the Microsoft Store are emailed out, and you should have definitely received by now if you ordered back in Sept.

I recommend hitting up Microsoft Store Support again explaining the specific promotion in detail and having a proof of purchase on handl. If you continue to experience issues, hit us up again here and private message me the reference number you get along

I can try contacting Microsoft Store Support again. However, when I contacted them the first time, they wanted to send me back to the store, as they don't have access to purchases I made in-store. They can only view purchases I've made through the online
store. It wasn't until I suggested Xbox Support, that they gave me that as an option.
