May i ask, what happens does the game attempt to load and crashes or does it just sit idly and not boot up at all?

I have gone over to the forza support page, I'm not sure if this helps but they have provided the specs here Forza support

7) found this step online y-tube. under settings menu, blu-ray, clicked persistent storage, cleared persistent storage sored in RAM, hard booted with power cable unplugged. once rebooted, loaded Forza, game crashed back to title screen. No change.

as far as I know the 2 player Split screen option in Forza Motorsport 6 is only available in the Free play option.

I had a similar issue, but mine wasn't down to a surge protector, mine was a faulty four plug extender. My games would load fine and work for a while, then they would crash. Before they crashed I had graphics and game bugs. In Forza 2, the road would
disappear and it looked like the car was flying!

Then the console died. It would load the Xbox One plash screen on boot, go to the black screen and stay there.

The replacement is now plugged directly into the wall, no problems since.
