Forza 5 want install and won't let me play

I put the disc in, it go to 100% on the install bar frozen and wont let me play or continue,

Halo 5 won't let me play

I just recently payed for a one month xbox gold membership yesterday. Then i purchased Halo 5 and went to play a multiplayer mode. i get a red exclamation point next to all my game modes and it said i wasn't able to use multiplayer features BUT I JUST PAID FOR GOLD TWICE!!!! HELP!!!!

Upgrading to a One tomorrow.

Why! WTF! Spent all day off and on installing Forza 5. (When I was on to play, I let it install) It gets to 80% and then says install stopped. Made me start back at the start. Really annoyed with this install system. Any word if MS is going to fix this crap?

Hola Erupt Chemicals ! Try clearing the cache

After the Xbox One console has stalled on the green start-up animation screen, you must power cycle your console. Here’s how:

On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.

After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.

Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.

If the last suggestions didn't help from Jesse here is mine that helped me.
This is what helped me and got Forza to download.
1. Go into the Microsoft Store and search Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition.
2. Next you want to click on Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition and you want to click Install from the Xbox app.
3. This will take you to the Xbox app and when it takes you to the Forza game scroll down and look at the tab named "Included in this bundle" And click Forza Horizon 5.
4. This should take you to the regular Forza Horizon 5 game rather than the Standard Edition, And then you want to click install and this should download the game.
