Forza 5 update　problem

Hi I'm having a very confusing problem with forza 5. So 2 night ago I went to play forza 5 and it said it required an update but kept getting a message there was a problem with the update please test your connection which was fine so I thought it must
be a sever problem or something like that and thought I'll try again in the morning. Once again yesterday morning it was the same so went through the support pages and tried all the possible solutions and couldn't resolve the issue so I uninstalled the game
and started a reinstall which I knew would take a while with the updates but now here's the weird part I have the physical disc in the xbox but for some reason it seems to be downloading the full game off the internet and stops if i turn the internet off
its been over 24 hours now and its around 80%. The 1st install on day 1 took 3 hours with the update and taking the game from the disc so why is it not taking it from the disc this time???? All my other games work fine. Anyone else had this problem?

Hi there,

I have experienced it once. If that happens it's best to uninstall/remove the partial install. Disconnect the console from the internet do a full power cycle and start the installation from disc. When the installation from the disc is fully complete please
reconnect the console to the internet. Upon starting the game it will likely require a download of an update.

Let us know if that did solve the issue
