Ive tried everything to get forza 5 back to what it was but nothing is working ive been talking to microsoft for 4 days and everyday i get fobbed off to wait for 24 hours today was the last straw. i have been ignored and given information that isnt even
helpful. all i ask for is for help to sync my forza 5 to what it originally was

Cant play online! getting info saying my internet is bad when its not.

HI ive been having trubles the past days with my xbox that i cant play online in any games i try and it keeps on conplaining on my internet. And ive tried resetting the router and changeing network settings but still no luck. ive tried going online in. halo
5, destiny, forza horizon 3 and many more and i cant. and all the errors i get points at restarting your router and your fine but ive done that and other solutions and still it does not work.

Rocket League tried to buy keys

hi all ive just tried buying 4 rocket league keys for my son but got error 5 times. now ive just checked my bank and ive been charged for all 5. is there anyway of getting a refund. if so how????

It could just be a cache issue. Can you try heading to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray and click on Clear Persistent Storage 3 times then hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Hopefully that will solve the issue for you.

The issue is with within the area of the Microsoft Store and Forza 5. Ive been trying to find a work around for days.

Same problem with me on day one xbox one. Was all fine 1st time after November update. Then 2nd time forza 5 will not sync. All other games and apps worked fine. Just exited forza 5 now controller will not connect to xbox one. Doing a full reboot. No point
contacting xbox support as seen other posts saying they pass the buck to developers. Wake up Microsoft. It's your update. Also lost my entire progress from day one release of forza 5.

If xbox and Microsoft can be bothered to sort it we can only wait and see.
