    In these unprecedented times services such as Xbox Live are seeing a huge spike in usage as people Say Home, Save Lives and protect their Health Services.

    The issue you are seeing has been happening for about week, it is not an issue at your end, you dont need to reinstall your game, its simply that there isnt enough capacity on your local hub for the amount of people wanting to join.

    Later today will be a new season starting, I would expect the capacity to be reached at point so dont be surprised if you this more frequently.

    MS are working to increase capacity across their system, but the usage increase was massive by people following their local advice.
