Forza 4 not downloading PC Windows 10 Pro

I have downloaded Forza 4, when I open the app a splash screen appears then disappears - the game will not load?

Forza motorsport 7 ulmate edition for windows 10 pro 64 bit does not steer changed remote 3 times the pc has 2 evga GeForce GTX 980Ti pc has a a intel core i7 5930k cpu 3.50 GHz 64gig of mem by corsair 2 soild state drives one 250GB the other 1 tegabyte

but yet the cars don't turn in motorsport 7 ultimate edition on windows 10 pro 64 bit

 

My forza horizon 3 download Will freeze every 30 MB then i have to pause and unpause.

Have you tried force shutting down your pc?

Click the startmenu, hold SHIFT and click shutdown.

Retry afterwards.

Second option is to reinstall the game.

Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like Forza was downloaded but isn't launching up properly. What I suggest doing is checking and making sure the

windows 10 pc is up to date. Once that's verified checking to see if the graphics card is up to date is also beneficial. Please let us know if this helped fix the issue.
