    Bonjour, je vous contacte car il y a un probleme avec le jeu et mon compte.

    Lors du démarrage du jeu le jeu crash la connection a mon compte. Je peux jouer a forza avec un autre compte tout marche parfaitement. Mais impossible de me connecter au mien. Pensant que cela venait de mon pc ou des fichiers du jeu j'ai demandé un ami
    de se connecter a mon compte sur sur ordinateur afin de voir si cela fonctionne. Impossible de lancer le jeu. Il crash au moment de la connection a mon compte. Exactement comme moi.

    La derniere fois que jai joué sur mon compte il y a eu un bug j'ai percuter un arbre et me suis retrouvé a voler sous la map.... le jeu a ensuite crash et depuis impossible de se reconnecter. Merci de trouver une solution car je veux recuperer mon compte.
    Et merci de ne pas me demander si j'ai redemarré mon pc ou réinstallé le jeu

    Hi amber,

    Please read what i've wrote.

    I am not going to perform a clean startup or boot my pc. I told you i can play the game perfectly with an other account. I asked my friend (who play the game too) to connect with MY account on HIS computer and he crashed too. Impossible to connect my account.
    So the problem is not my computer or any program which may interfere with the game. The probleme is the account. And i think this is the forza account not the xbox account because i can play other games with this account.

    Bonjour, c'est un problème lié a mon compte étant donné que cest uniquement quand j'essaye de me connecter avec ce compte que le jeu crash. Un ami a également essayer de lancer le jeu avec mon compte sur son ordinateur. Meme résultat le jeu crash.

    Je n'ai pas envie de recommencer le jeu au début. J'aimeraide l'aide

    Thanks for the update with your reply. If you believe that your Forza account and not your Xbox account is at the heart of the issue, as you explained that your Xbox account had no other issues with other games, then I recommend reaching out to the
    folks over at either the Forza Forums or Forza Support for assistance with your account directly. Its possible that another Forza fan has either dealt with the same or similar issue and may have a fix, or Forza Support would be able to take a look at your
    account to find the issue.
