Forza 3 Horizon disappeared from my account on the Microsoft Store (PC)

I bought the game Forza Horizon 3 (Standard Edition) on 2018 and always played it without any problem, but that year I had a problem on the PC and had to format the HD on which the game was installed. When I booked my account with the PC already formatted
the game was gone, the game also does not appear in my purchase history in the Microsoft Store (it was purchased by credit card). I talked to the Microsoft people in the Microsoft Store tab and they told me to try to talk to Xbox support but found no tab related
to this type of problem.

Xbox Support for assistance.

try to type it as if you was going to buy it again and see if it comes up saying bought already could just be a glitch if its not contact Microsoft support and I'm shore they can help you

Forza Horizon 3 is a Play Anywhere game. However it is only for the digital version. If that's what you have, be sure you are signed into the Microsoft Store app and the PC with the account you purchased the game.

If you visit the Windows Store on your PC, are you able to download Forza Horizon 3 from there without any issues?

All of my Microsoft and Xbox games are downloaded on my external drive including the previous Horizon, which is Forza Horizon 4. I changed where new apps are stored when downloaded from the Microsoft store to my external drive but it still wont download Forza Horizon 5 to my external drive. On the Xbox app it wont show my external drive as an option to download to. I am able to download any game from the Microsoft store and Xbox app to my external drive except Forza Horizon 5.
