    Hi,

    I setup my XBox Live Gold account yesterday and bought Forza Horizon with a discount. I left the Box unattended during the night, and now it shows Forza Horizon as "installed" in the Store. However, if I navigate to "My apps and games" it is not listed in
    the games. It is listed in the Queue, but says it is installed.

    As it is not listed in my games, I cannot uninstall it. Is there a way to force a re-installation? How can I solve this?

    (I tried restaring, logging out the account, ...)

    cant find a game in my game list

    Hi,

    I just installed "Forza Horizon 3 Hot Wheels" using my pc tp my xbox one.

    i can see it under 'recently installed' but i cant find it in my games list and cant launch the game.

    any idea??

    Ready to Install Issues

    The Porsche Bonus Pack is for Forza Horizon 2 (main game) - it showing up under Fast & Furious is an error and I'm not sure why it does it but I had the same thing happen to me. Other DLC packs for the main game also get double listed under Fast & Furious.

    As for everything else, it sounds like it's all right now? Are there any lingering issues with which you need help?

    Warthog not showing up in Game or Manage Content

    Hey SporkSan -

    If you are still experiencing issues finding your Halo Warthog in Forza Horizon 3, you will likely find it in one of these spots:

    • In your in-game garage
    • As a gift in your in-game inbox
    • Under your "Ready to Install" list under Forza Horizon 3
    Check those places and if you need further assistance, let us know. :)

    Horizon 2 game missing from download

    Hey everyone!

    We have receive reports that this issue has been resolved. When you get a chance, please try the following steps:

    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console has powered off, wait a few minutes and then power on your console.
    • From the Home screen navigate to My Games & Apps, under the games tab check under the Ready To Install section for Forza Horizon 2.
    • If you are able to see Forza Horizon 2, select the game and then select Install.
    Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know the results. Thanks in advance!

    If you redeemed your code but cannot locate your Warthog, it will be in one of three place:

    • Your in-game Garage
    • Your in-game message center as a gift
    • Under Forza Horizon 3's "Ready to Install" list under "Manage Games"

    If you check under Forza Horizon 3's Manage Game list, do you see the content as installed there? The car should show up in your inbox in-game. Keep us in the loop with what you find out.
