    Provided you bought the digital copy of Forza Horizon 3, then yes, you will be able to access the game on your Windows 10 PC via the >>play anywhere<<

    Sound crackling problems through Audio, recorded clip

    Is it only with forza? i know the sound in forxa will crackle for a sec when it goes from a load screen to the car ont he track screen, never noticed that kinda audio issue tho. If its only with forza i wouldnt be to concerned if it does it on more then
    1 game then its prob a hardware issue.
