Forxa horizon crashing

Further annoyance is due to one of the purchases (through gritted teeth) being a car pack for Forxa Horizon 4 when i already own the car pass and ultimate edition, another Microsoft scam I will not be falling for again...

Forza Horizon 5 looks good but I will stick with the game pass version and live without the banal extra content. I am a liitle older than 3 years and not the target audience

Thanks! I did check my account on a pc and it does say that I own the game. Could this be a problem with my hardware?

I recommend to troubleshoot the Xbox app if the issue is persistent. Corrupted data may cause the app to not to work properly. Here

The error message on the Xbox One would give us the idea there was an issue with the pre-order payment. One thing most definitely to help confirm and check the entitlement, I would recommend to request assistance from our Xbox Support team by

Thanks so much for letting us know about this issue. If I'm understanding what you've said, you did pre-order Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate edition and have been playing it until yesterday when you received an error code at launch stating that you've been refunded
for the purchase or the pre-order had been cancelled; however, you checked your account that was used for purchase of the game and see no refund.

May I ask if you have checked your Microsoft account by
signing in on a PC, going to your Billing/Payment area and selecting the Order History from the drop down menu listed there to ensure that the order has not been refunded from our end? Or you can always request assistance from our Xbox Support team by
requesting a callback. Please make sure that you say "no thanks" to the Virtual agent, then select the topic Payment & Billing under My Account and finally request a call from
Support.
