Forum Signature FAQ

Welcome to the Signature FAQ. Please follow the guidelines below when creating your forum signature. Please remember that the Forum Guidelines also apply to these signatures.

What is a Signature?

Your forum signature is the small section below each of your posts that can contain a small amount of text or links.

How do I edit my signature?

Simply click here.

Or from Forums Home, on the right hand sidebar find settings and click the link. There you will find a box labeled “signature” with all the tools you need to create one.

Is there a character limit?

You can have up to 255 characters in your forum signature and it can be no more than 4 lines.

What can I put in my signature?

Your signature can include any text or links but must abide by the
Forum Guidelines, Xbox Code of Conduct, and
Terms of Use. So please review those before creating a new signature.

Are links to my Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, blog, etc. allowed?

Yes! In fact your forum signature is the best place for links to your social media outlets.

Can I use an image for my signature?

Images cannot be used as forum signatures.

Why was my signature replaced with [Mod Removed]?

If your signature contains text or links that violate the Forum Guidelines,
Xbox Code of Conduct, or
Terms of Use, Staff or forum moderators will remove your signature. Multiple and/or severe violations can result in a forum suspension.

P.S. I would have posted this on the Forum Policies/FAQ Forum, in reply to the topic about Signatures, but we're not allowed to post in that forum for some stupid reason! *rolling eyes*
