forum for xbox ambassadors

Greetings to all, I need your help.
I have not found a way to access the ambassadors' forums because I have had problems with this, could someone tell me how to enter their forum or find to put my question about this program ?.

You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

The last several times I got help it was an ambassador. To me its no different than being a mod for a forum, except you actually get something in return.

 

Reach out to your ACE if you're having trouble accessing the Ambassador-exclusive forums.

 

Sign in to your Microsoft account

 

At the top of your screen in the forums should be a menu bar with "Microsoft | community" at the top left.

Next to that should be drop down menus for the categories, and right next to that should be a "Private Categories" menu.

If you click on that, it should have Xbox Ambassadors in it.

Be aware, that you need to be in the Xbox category first, and while it appears now in the German locale for me, some time ago, I had to change the locale to "en-us" to have the Private Categories appear.

So if you have a different locale as your URL (e.g. Microsoft Community (with xx-yy being your locale)) change that locale to en-us and see if the private category for Xbox now appears and gives you access to the Xbox Ambassadors.

If that doesn't help, contact your ACE as RandyAU93 already said.

 

You're not showing as an Ambassador on the forums which is most likely why. If you just signed up you may have to give it a bit to kick in. If you've been an Ambassador for a while, again, you'll want to contact your ACE.

 

Excuse me, where can I find my ACE?

 

You should have received an e-mail from them soon after you joined, or when the ACE program started if you've been an Ambassador for some time. Have you just joined the Program?

I subscribed to the program quite a while ago, but I started having these problems and I did not visit the program for a while until now, I'm in the bronze category but when I want to enter the forums it tells me to register, where can I find my ACE?

 

Hmmm, if you were currently an Ambassador, it would show as that under your name here in these posts. Let me get someone to look into it.

 

I would really appreciate it, in June of 2017 I joined the program but after a while I was not allowed to access the activities or my profile, until now I went back to review it and in my profile I appear in bronze category and when I go to the activity tab
shows me the message that I must join the program
