Fortnite

On January 9th I purchased 2,800 V-Bucks through my Xbox using my Microsoft account balance. I used these V-Bucks to purchase the Mogul Master which is a quite rare skin and only comes to the item shop once or twice a year during winter time. The very
next day on January 10th, 2021 I logged into my Epic Games Fortnite account to see that my Mogul Master along with the V-Bucks I purchased on January 9th had been removed because a refund request had been detected from my payment provider which is my Microsoft
account balance or Microsoft account even though I had never requested a refund for the V-Bucks I used to purchase the Mogul Master cosmetic. However, during the same week I did request refunds for 2 other V-Buck purchases on my Microsoft account which had
been granted well before I went on to purchase More V-Bucks on the 9th. Even after the cosmetics have been removed from my Epic Games Forntite account, I got no refund and my account balance of my payment provider has not changed. This has left me quite upset
because I basically just got scammed or ripped off. I believe this has been a misunderstanding on your end and I am wondering if these cosmetics and the left over V-Bucks (Mogul Master Germany, Ski Bag Germany, 1,300 V-Bucks) could be recovered and restored
to my account because again, I never requested a refund for the V-Bucks I used to purchase these cosmetics and nor did that "refund" get granted and my payment provider account balance has not changed from the day I made this purchase on January 9th, 2021.
I would like to add that I have already contacted Epic Games Player Support and their response was to try and contact Xbox support because they do not have viewership over console purchases. I am hoping that you could help me resolve this issue. My email to
