Fortnite - xbox live check failure

When loading up the fortnite app, I am greeted with an error message stating the following "an unexpected error occurred while checking for new purchases on your xbox live account. Recently purchased items may not be available until your next log in" I press
confirm and it takes me to the next step of loading then completely closes down fortnite back to xbox home screen. This has been the case for the last 2 weeks. I have made an purchases so unsure of this error. I have cleared the storage and cache with no success.
Please advise on what to do next.

Whenever I log into Fortnite, it says “Xbox live purchase check failure”

Then underneath it says “Unable to verify purchase with Xbox live services” xbox live error code is 0x800C0019 Is this Fortnite’s fault or xbox live’s. Please help.

We suggest clearing out the console Caches to make sure there isn't any corruption on the console itself and see if we can narrow down the problem.

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Clear and restart

How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

System

Storage

Clear Local Saved Games

Yes and Restart

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting
rid of any corruption as a byproduct.

I am wondering how to fix an issue I am having. Whenever I log into fortnite. I get a message titled xbox live purchase check failure. Then I cannot buy vbucks from the forrnite store.
