Fortnite won't install and I quite literally tried everything

hi so basically my Xbox won't let me download fortnite like at all it said my content doesn't match the version I been invited to play and i don't know how to fix it at all I been playing fortnite for years and never had a problem I uninstalled the game tried to reinstall it and it won't download it just says installation stopped so I searched up the situation and it says reset console keep all game that's what I did still didn't work I factory reset it still DOSENT work hard restart unplug the game clear cache all of it and I don't have a external hard drive either so i dont know what the problem is and I also recently spent 20$ on the game around like December 2nd and it's not just going to waste so if I can have like some sort of refund or at least find a way to make fortnite install I will be happy
