    Fortnite V-Bucks Gamer Tag issue


    Hi - I bought some V-Bucks vouchers for my sons birthday a few weeks ago and were having major issues assigning them to his gamer tag. Epic Games are saying the Fortnite account is assigned to a nameless account so i need to link his CBOX account to that account, fine. The second issue is every time I login to to XBOX it says a completely different gamer tag. I only have two email address so ive no idea how it works and i cant just swap it to that gamer tag as his XBOX live account is assigned and all his other games etc etc. Ive been going round in circles for weeks, please someone send help. I look like a very uncool dad Fortnite V-Bucks Gamer Tag issue :(

    My name is welcome to the community.

    Hello Allan, for the link to work and the ideal would be to use the same account you use on Xbox to play Fortnite and open an epic account so they can be synced correctly.

    You mentioned that you have two email accounts, choose the account to which it already plays Fornite.

    When the Gamertag, they are unique ly and directly linked to the Microsoft account.

    Hey,

    Fortnite uses it's own virtual currency named V-Bucks.

    You should be able to purchase V-Bucks with your Xbox currency and with those V-Bucks purchase in-game items on Fortnite.
