Dear Xbox

About 7 days ago I accidentally asked for a refund for $10.00 on 1000 v-bucks and I tryed to cancel it but it never worked and it took away two skin in fortnite from me. The names of the skins are Travis scott and lil Jack. I was wondered if you can get
back the refund and get back my two skins and put it in my fortnite account again. Please answer back when you can thank you.

Microsoft took away $35 worth of skins (Travis Scott and Astro Jack skin) over a refund of a $10 dollar purchase and now I can't get them back. Seems a bit unfair, no?

I contacted epic and they said it was due to a "clawback" by Xbox, which means Xbox asked them to take away 2 skins over a 10$ refund

if you used the 1000 vbucks towards buying those skins then had a refund, those 1000 vbucks will be removed and refunded to you, epic will of course removed what you purchased with the 1000 vbucks, you would need to contact epic to sort it out as microsoft
only refunded, epic removed your stuff on the account.
