Fortnite textures issue

I have this problem in Fortnite where my textures turn sluggish and i have no audio, i already talked to epic games support and the only thing they told me was "with your platform being pc its going to be hard to figure out the problem as pc is a complicated platform". I've tried to do a fresh install of windows with a usb, uninstalling fortnite on the same and then a different drive, verifying game files. I don't really know what else to do. I've also switched out the ram sticks for different ones and also re-applied thermal paste on the cpu. I'm honesty done with ideas i dont know what else to do, if someone could help me that would be really appreciated.

PC Specs:

Ryzen 5 5600x

Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060

32 GB DDR4 Ram (currently don't have xmp enabled, but was enabled when problem started)

I have a 1tb SSD (main drive with game on it) and a 1tb Hard drive.

EVGA 750W GT Supernova Power Supply

I would also like the mention just for extra info that for some reason i have to force close fortnite, meaning i have to go into task manager and end the task for it to close.

The only reason i brought up the 1660 Super is because i've already tried to reinstall/update the graphics driver. So i might have to replace my 3060 with my old 1660 Super and see if the problem still happens. Also i want to ask when you had the fortnite texture with your 3060 was this recent or old, to give and estimate this has probably been going of for about a month and a half. Just a guess though, no more then 3 months.

I didn't have problems with Fortnite specifically, but other games, such as Forza, Trackmania, and Minecraft. All of my graphical issues have taken place within the last year or so. Updating or reinstalling the driver fixed all of the immediately. I've had one bigger case, where I had a loose connection. But I opened up the PC, pushed the loose parts back together and it's fine now.

I have a old 1660 Super you think putting that in my pc to would be a good idea? If not how did you reinstall your graphics driver? Did you use nvidia or DDU

It seems unlikely that the joystick could be the problem, but at the same time, I don't have any experience with anything like that. Another thing, though.. When you're in the bus and see the sluggish areas of the map, is the bus still detailed and looking normal?

Ok thanks for all the info, i contacted the company that i got the PC from so im waiting on their response. I will keep you updated on what goes on. I will most likely put the 1660 Super in there and if the problem is still there then my next thing on my list is probably going to be buying and replacing the CPU. (i suspect the CPU because fortnite is a CPU heavy game)
