Fortnite saying “Unable To Add To Epic Games Queue”

• I’ve tried every tutorial on YouTube none have worked

• I cleared my Local data and that didn’t work

• Its been like this since June but it works on my Switch with no problems at all, I also tried on other accounts and it still didn’t work

Click with the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and in saved data delete the ''reserved space'', clean your console's MAC, restart your internet device for a few minutes, and try again.

To clean the MAC follow this path
Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.
In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>
Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

When i try to load fortnite it loads for a while and then keeps loading while saying "Checking Epic Services Queue". Plzz help

Hello, maybe no problem from xbox. In this moments Fortnite are satured by the final event. Can you close the game and try again, waithing in the que or delete the gsme data cache. I hope i can helped you.

I believe on the Epic Games website you can link your microsoft account to the epic account then add him through the in-game menu in fortnite.

You can play across platform on fortnite. You add friends through the start menu in game you can search either by email, game tag , or epic username. You can not add friends from Ps4 directly to your xbox. The friends you add on epic will be listed on
your friends list in game uder epic friends.
