Try to check if a troubleshooting step can be found on their support page's search tab, if nothing relevant appears scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for a blue tab that says "contact us"

you don't, it gets added to your microsoft account automatically and when you start fortnite on an xbox console it syncs to epic servers.

you dont get a code from epic, he purchase via microsoft and therefore is applied to the microsoft account that purchased it, needs to sign into xbox console and fortnite for it to sync with epic.

TBH, I had forgotten about the Warrior/Mage/Rogue packs and that 'The Exiled Prince' is available on Xbox Live Marketplace for purchase. I downloaded all the DLC for them ages ago and had simply forgotten about them.

Of the item packs, you'd be better off downloading the 'bundle packs' (have all three Warrior/Mage/Rogue pack 1 or Warrior/Mage/Rogue pack 2) as they are cheaper than buying the packs individually.

Like NiteValkyrie suggested, go with either 'The Exiled Prince' or 'Legacy'... and if you do get a item pack, I recommend the first bundle pack, as the weapons and armor in that pack is quite powerful (especially the two Rogue daggers... ).
