Fortnite rewards

I have a question/concern regarding my rewards and getting my points added my recent purchase of fortnite. I was directed to the forums by chat support, they said this was the only way to get this answered and resolved. I posted to the wrong forum initially
hoping I am in the right place now for a staff reponse.

Bought Fortnite no rewards points.

I bought fortnite and didn't get my 4000 rewards points from the Summer Spotlight Cool Rewards Event.

May’s Xbox reward quest

so the Xbox live quest reward missions rolled out a fortnite reward for doing the following: play fortnite for 30 minutes at least 5 times, log in 10 different days, and download two Xbox live gold games. So basically I had downloaded assasins creed syndicate,
super mega baseball 2, and metal gear solid 5 and it’s says I have them all done beside the download Xbox games so could so help me get that so I can get the fortnite reward?

Hello Cinderan,

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new purchase information. At the current time, we do not see a purchase of Fortnite, so it is too early to receive Credits for this purchase. This is mentioned in the FAQ for the offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed filling your progress bar, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Are you looking for Fortnite specific points / currency, or Microsoft Rewards Points?

Unfortunately Fortnite skins are account locked. These are individual rewards or purchases that bind to the account they're unlocked on. You're not able to transfer fortnite skins between profiles.

If you want to play Fortnite Multiplayer for free, you can also download the PC version of the game, which allows for free Multiplayer.

Alternatively, you can also sign up for
Microsoft Rewards, and by doing daily quizzes and using Bing as your search engine, you can collect reward points that you can then redeem for "free" Gold memberships.

You have seen the light! I LOVE fortnite...especially it's aproach to cosmetic items and rewards...highly incentivizes playing it. Plus it runs very well. I play a mix of BR games an Fortnite is always in my rotation. Has enough to stand-out on it's own
in terms of gameplay to boot.
