Fortnite not working after new update

Hi im hoping someone can help I updated fortnite 2 days ago. Then it wouldnt launch so xbox help thing said to uninstall restart console and reinstall. Tried this several times. Keeps saying installation stopped. Reported it to epic games who said files
were corrupt in the update and that they had fixed the problem. So i tried again and it says

something unexpected happened and gave code

Thanks ive been trying xbox support most of the day and not getting anywhere. Keeps giving lists of thing and answers none of which relate to whats happening.

Sounds like you might need to contact xbox support and see if they can help you out with this. Here is the link https://support.xbox.com/. It might be more than just your game it
might be something to do with your xbox its self

all I can find is

ipv4 and NAT type open

I see. Could you go into the console's network settings and tell me your NAT type?

Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.
Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

After this step, try again.
