Fortnite not ready up or unready up

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work may I ask if this works before?

It can be an intermittent issue only, you may need tp perform troubleshooting steps such as performing a powercycle to the console.

they cannot even give us a correct xbox.com website let alone aything worth over £400.

nothing you do on the xb1 shows on the xbox.com website which to me shows how unready they were to release the console as how hard can it be to give us an up to date website so we can access our xb1 stuff online.

Mine disappeared but I found them in a folder at the top of the screen in games and apps where ready to install is it said 37 but nothing was there until I clicked the folder at the top

You can always try a power cycle, or unplug the console for 30 minutes.
