Fortnite needs to update but when i try to it just says installation stopped after about 30...

Microsoft u need to fix this ***!!! Had mine since day one and it just recently started doin this *** after the august update today i try to install d3 and it says stopped installation and says i took the disc out when i didnt*** sake!!!

I tried installing digitally but it won't, it just says downloading through network then stops about halfway. That's why I bought the disc, I though installing through disc and not network would work but the console is stating it needs an update to install and play. I click on the update and once again when it's about halfway through it just stops. I think it might be the update so I want to try and download the game without the update but I don't know how.

Before i start this post please say “bruh” so i know your not a bot thank you so my problem is everytime i try to download black ops 4 the disk downloads but when it says it needs a update the game it keeps stopping at 7% and it keeps saying installation

No worries... If u have hard drive connected remove it first then try to install. . One more convenient and best way to install the disc is to just insert the disc and when it asks if u want to install and update together .. In that option just use install
and update later option. . Let the game finish installing and update the game after that... I too had few problems like that and this process solved it.

my xbox is on the latest version and doesnt need an update , th gmae is fortnite so its not a disc and i dont understand why it says installation stopped
