Fortnite log in fail

I understand your sentiments about this persisting issue with Fortnite. To be honest, you've tried majority of the troubleshooting known to troubleshoot this issue. Let's work on this together in finding the best possible solution to this issue

To better understand the situation, I would like to ask some questions, such as:

• I want to verify, are you using Xbox console or Xbox app for PC?
  
• What is the error message/code?
  
• Did the app/game crash? when did this issue happen?
  
• Can you sign in on Fortnite official website?
  
• Are you using any MODS? Are you using VPN?
  

I will be waiting for your response to my questions above to further isolate the issue.

support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete - Then clear the cache once more following Saphris's link, and download your profile again. Let us know if you run into any error messages.

Hey xXSoloMissionXx! Are you able to sign in if the console is in offline mode? Additionally, is it just your account that is having issues or are you unable to sign in to any accounts on the console? Post back and let us know!
