Fortnite Installation Issue - Xbox One

Own digitally. I tried the above and it’s still stopping the installation.

Since you have already tried the previously provided solutions, Would you please try preforming an offline update. The instructions for that are here.

It seems you have done quite a bit of troubleshooting but the problem is still persisting. I would suggest to stop the game installation, Clear local saved games, the preform a Soft reset and then try reinstalling the game. Also, May I ask you do you own the game on a disc or digitally?

Clear local saved games:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage.
   
3. On the Manage storage devices screen, select:
   
   • Clear local saved games. This deletes games saved to your hard drive, but they’ll still be saved to the cloud.
     

Reset your console:

Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Step 1. Click the Home page and press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Step 2. Click System, All Settings, Network Settings, and Go offline in order.

Step 3. After that, you’re offline. Then you need to follow the steps below to cancel the download.

Select My games & apps by scrolling right on the Home Screen.

Select Queue.

Highlight the game you are trying to install and press the Menu button on the controller.

Select Cancel.

Step 4. Then you need to remove the game disc from the console and restart it. Follow the steps to do:

Open the Guide again by the above step and click on Settings.

Select the Restart console option and select the Yes to confirm.
