Fortnite game captures NOT WORKING

same here, I was playing fortnite just fine on Monday and now Wednesday 11 of my games need to be reinstalled. only activity between then was me activating the xbox app on my laptop to save captures from xbox live to my laptop to create more space...

We understand that you are experiencing an issue with Xbox clips not recording voice/game chat. I will be happy to assist you with this issue.

As I've checked on the Game Support website of Fornite. I found this support article that they have a Postparty Captures Clips of the game. As per checking on the article it was mentioned that you can take clips of the game however it not includes the player voice chat and text chat is not included in the capture.

Also as of now Xbox doesn't have that feature as well for privacy of the gamer. Have you checked your local storage and xbox live capture storage by any chance? I recently couldn't save clips to xbox live recently and found out it was because there's a limit. It was with Fortnite specifically too, so maybe we have the same problem?

Ah, I completely blanked on the PS4 issue. Unfortunately, the only way to do that then would be to use a capture card connected to a PC. PS4 currently doesn't offer cross-platform play except for Fortnite and Rocket League. If you and your friend are playing
any other game it will be impossible for you to stream from your Xbox and have him be heard in the stream.

it isnt using screen capturing but game capture, this means it will only capture the game and nothing else. completely normal.
