    I have redeemed this code in my console a few weeks ago and it worked without problems, however 3 weeks ago my nephew redeemed the same code (it came inside an xbox control that we bought) and the code didn't work.

    He didn't receive any error when redeeming but he never gave the content and showed the following error:

    DRAT! WE`RE SORRY

    Could not find fulfillment for MicrosoftStore:BZD1XB2TFP0L

    The code was successfully redeemed that means that the problem is not with the code but with the epic games or xbox servers.

    We already contacted xbox support via chat without success and epic via chat and have the same result

    Xbox says the problem is epic and epic is xbox.

    Xbox One S Fortnite Bundle (1TB)     . The promotion does not apply to all Xbox One S consoles just the Fortnite bundle.

    Currently, the only way to obtain the Eon skin is to purchase the Xbox One S Fortnite Eon Bundle. It is not available as an individual purchase for current Xbox owners.
