Fortnite dark vertex skin not received after redeemed

Hi i bought the Xbox controller Fortnite dark vertex bundle i followed the instructions on the redemption card that came with it. It shows that it was successfully purchase in the order history on my microsoft account i dont own an xbox console at all
but i have my account linked to my Epic Games account please help

I did not get the dark vertex skin or the 500 v bucks and I did it on my pc help me please

Step 1: Choose Billing & Accounts

Step 2: See other options > Can't redeem a code

Step 3: Show Contact Options

Step 4: Chat with Xbox Support

If you received a Microsoft Store code, you may have to log in on an Xbox console before receiving the skin on all platforms.
