Fortnite Dark Vertex Redeem Error

So I had bought the Fortnite Dark Vertex Xbox controller bundle and redeemed it on the wrong account. Instead of being logical and emailing or asking questions here, I had gone ahead and tried to sell it and got scammed. I can't even get the Fortnite account
with dark vertex back because the email is now locked. I have the digital receipt, the box, the order number, and the Fortnite account's email name, but not the code itself (I threw away the code). This account is typing on is the same account I redeemed the
code, so I could probably check what it was. If anyone could help, that would be amazing. Again, I have the digital receipt, the box, the order number, and the Fortnite account's email name, but not the code itself.

the best thing is to contact the seller and say that you didn't eceie the code then they usually give you a bit of cash back

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue with your console bundle purchased from Amazon. The code for the bundle should have been in the boxed materials, perhaps printed on one of the inserts that are packaged within it. You may wish to
double check the flyers that came in the box with the bundle if this console has not been pre-owned. Otherwise you'll need to reach out to the seller directly,

contact Amazon or to Epic Games for further assistance with receiving the code as they are the ones that provide it for inclusion in the package.

If you were able to redeem the code already and if you want to get the whole set you may need to re-purchase a new code.

Also, if you haven't redeemed it yet you can try to check on the store where you purchased it and ask if you can get it replaced.
