Have you logged into your Xbox Fortnite account? You may find as you purchased / redeemed from the Microsoft Store you may have to log into the game on the Xbox console first before it gets added to your skin collection.

I also redeem my darkfire bundle on Microsoft.com/redeem on my mobile device. But when I click install on my devices it says i have none, but I put my Xboxs serial number in and it said device added. I'm really confused about this.
