    I bought the subscription on my Xbox but i want to cancel it since i don't want to pay £10 a month but whenever i try to cancel or turn off continuous billing i get an error and it won't work. Please help soon

    To be able to cancel the Fortnite Crew subscription you have to go to this page and make sure to sign in the account that has the active subscription: https://account.microsoft.com>; Services and subscription.

    If the subscription isn't showing up on the account you are logged in, it means that Fortnite Crew subscription wasn't purchase in there.

    Kindly review your other accounts because one of them might have the active Fortnite Crew subscription.
