Fortnite Crew Cancel error please contact support

Yes. I know exactly what's going on.

Microsoft is having a bug/issue in which you can't cancel it, which means that everyone who bought the Fortnite Crew on Xbox can't return it. I contacted
Xbox experts, not once, but twice, and they both said that it's an issue that is being
worked on currently.

And yes, it will get resolved within a week from today. (12/11/20)

For you final question, the expert told me to go to the
refund page, and in the "describe" box, write that you simply want to cancel the subscription, not refund it. (this also takes around a week)

Don't stress about it. It's being solved as you're reading this.

It's going to get fixed before the next billing date. So just don't worry about it, and check back every few days.

I will update this post once the issue is resolved.

3. Click on the "Manage" button.

I am trying to do it from the Fortnite itself..

There is error like:

There was an error trying to proceed subscription for Fortnite Crew, try the following:

- Some error with previous subscription visit account.microsoft.com/services

- Visit account.microsoft.com/billing/payments and make sure that you have valid payments

- Contact Fortnite support

So trying here as well.
