    I would recommend you to check if both Fortnite and the console have the latest update.

    The capacity of your console is also important, if it is full or about to be full it can cause problems when running your game.

    Also, I recommend that you try to connect to an alternate Wi-Fi network to see if the error persists.

    Xbox One Console Crashes while playing Fortnite

    I reset my console, and at first, it appeared to resolve the issue as I was able to play Fortnite for about 1 hour, but then the console started to crash again, and now I can't complete a single game of Fortnite without the console crashing. I also played Call of Duty Warzone, and the console crashed after about 30 min of playing. My system has a 1TB internal storage where all my games and apps are stored, so I don't use any external hard drives.
