    A few years ago i redeemed my eon fortnite skin code before i linked my accounts and now i cannot get it back please help.

    It should be on your Epic account if you redeemed it and linked it with your Microsoft Account.

    Have you tried to reach out to Epic Support?

    Check your transaction history to make sure:

    Go to epicgames.com

    If you haven't already done so, sign in by clicking SIGN IN in the top right corner of the screen

    Choose Account from the drop-down menu

    Click Transactions on the left side of the panel

    From the Transactions tab, you can see your Purchase, Subscription, Code Redemption, and V-Bucks Card Redemption History

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately there is no way to replace a lost code. My suggestion would be to check around the console or in the box to see if the code can be found.

    Gift cards

    when we entered the fortnite gift cards it was for the fortnite game. When we entered the code it gives you, the game told us it was incorrect. I am out hundred of dollars in fortnite cards, I guess the money is lost in the faming world somewhere. I have tons of fortnite cards that we will not enter b/c I know we will not find the money. As for the xbox gift card, it was entered and looked like it paid for the game, but why is it showing my credit card?

    please double check if you unlinked the epic account, if you have done so you'll need to relink it again.
