Fortnite can't login to my Xbox live account.

This still doesn't help me. I can't get into anything online on any Xbox. The store just asks to reload. I can't view my account profile, I can't login to Fortnite, I can't login to call of duty.

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset the network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

How can I login my Fortnite account on Nintendo and transfer it to my Xbox account?

Both of you can try to remove your account from your console and re add it again. Usually this fixes any issues with the accounts

Is this for real? My son can't play online games because of this and I can't login with my adminstrator account. Please advise how to solve this.

I've managed to logon with my account and delete my son's account, but the problem is still there. I will give you some more information: when we try to start fortnite, xbox wants to sell me Xbox Live Gold. But I already have have a valid subscription until
03-19-2019. So I choose "No Thanks" and next Fortnite tells me "Xbox Live Gold is required to play Fortnite".

It's been like this since last Wednesday! I have the feeling that this problem isn't getting the attention it needs. Please provide us with a solution, or at least give some more information about the status of this problem at Microsoft.

That code is only redeemable to your Microsoft Account which would only be accessible through the associated Xbox Live account when launching Fortnite on the Xbox One console. The bundle you are referring to is an Xbox One S All Digital Exclusive bundle,
therefore you can only actually get the content on Xbox Live. Fortnite on PC is not associated with your Xbox Live account whatsoever, only your EPIC Account. Content is accessible across Fortnite's supported platforms, but you first need to login to Fortnite
on Xbox Live through an Xbox One console to receive the items from that bundle, then if your accounts are linked, they should appear on Fortnite on PC when you login there with your EPIC account.

Essentially, if you do not have access to an Xbox One console, then you will not have access to the items in that bundle which you redeemed. It would also be impossible to redeem that code meant to be redeemed to a Microsoft Account, to your Epic Account
whether or not you had already redeemed it.
