fortnite 5 missing skins

Hi guys,

i lost 5 skins and some items epic games deleted some items from my account,

if there is someone that has the problem or knows how i get my money or my items back please message me back.

Thanks for asking this question here on the forums. If you've had any items removed from your Epic Games Fortnite account that were purchased in-game, but believe that it was in error, you would need to

contact Epic Games Support directly for any further information.

If these were items that you bought using V-bucks purchased via your Microsoft account, you can double check the purchase of the V-bucks by

checking your Microsoft account purchase history to make sure that it is listed as being completed.

Check in manage game in the download section, it should be there to download if it's missing.

Hello oTrxuma!

Regarding your skin missing within the game, have you had any refunds for a V-Bucks purchase on the game?

An updated feature of receiving a refund for such purchases will also return items in which V-Bucks were used to get said skins.

If this is not the case, then the Epic Games Support might be of more assistance.
