Type in your query: "Unauthorized payment"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and payment updates" > Confirm.

Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.

You can also reach out to PayPal and ask them to block the transactions.

I've been a paying Live member for 17 years, but I'm thinking they don't need multiplayer charges when games like Fortnight bring in $9B-- the business model evolves. I think Game Pass is a great value, It just seemed sensible to me to include multiplayer with it now.

Please provide more information so we can assist your issue. Are you on a PC or and Xbox. Which Xbox are you on and what type of PC are you using ipad, mac etc? Is this game the only issue or are all your games experiencing issues?
