Fortine V-Bucks haven't arrived

The code for the Vbucks comes via an Xbox Message that is separate from your friends messages. Push the Xbox button and move to the right once, then look for the third option down for Xbox Messages.

Also, know that you had to be a "new" gold member in order to get the Vbucks. If you already had an active Gold account then you don't qualify. Your gold had to have expired before October 1st in order to qualify if I recall.

Have you checked through all emails, Xbox Messages, ect?

Check your email and spam or junk folders it might be there

I contacted support twice, they told me to post this question so a representative from Sales & Promotions can help.

this and it has become a known issue. When you go to
Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----Select See other options
  
• Step 3 ----Select topic
  
• Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
  
• Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
  
• 
  

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you out.
