    Fornite chat


    So we bought a xbox s we normally have a playstation so it's all new.

    I've set my sons account up with xbox live with kids privacy.

    Now we have issues with fornite chat . Sounds still comes through the TV also the headset at the same time and there is no chat in either direction coming through the headset/mic.

    We have changed all the xbox settings to adult bought a new headset etc tried the trouble shooting advice but still no luck has anyone had this?? Is it the xboxlive account preventing it?

    Please help my grey hairs are doubling xx

    Can you provide more specifics on which game perhaps. I had something similar happen with Fornite. I had to create a Part on my Xbox and then switch to Game Chat to be able to talk. It does not appear to allow private party chats cross platform though.

    Fornite been having issues with in game chat. And they should be coming out with a quick fix. I recommend you getting a eye on their twitter feed @Fortnitesupport to keep yourself updating about this matter.
