Hi,

I was unable to login to fortnight so I restarted xbox, shut down and then uninstalled game. Now I can't reinstall? I click on the game to download and i just get a white screen . Any ideas ???

We are sorry that this issue has come, we suggest clearing out the game cache since it might be a corrupt file causing this error.

How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

System

Storage

Clear Local Saved Games

Remove and then Add your account back on the Xbox One console and then give it another try.

If the issue persists take a look at the
Game or app installation troubleshooter for more help with this problem.

Its my son, he plays gta5, fornight and Minecraft and has never had an issue till this morning.

HMV were offering £23 trade yesterday. Not bad considering I paid £22.49 for it. They were also offering £11 trade for El Shaddai - a game I paid £4.98 for in GS less than a fornight ago. Not bad.
