Formated computer 15min, ago : can't acces dvr option

Hi, (CLICK SEE MORE OR IT HIDE THE TEXT !!)

I never had this problem before.

Just Formated my computer and did every windows update on my computer.

I wanted to open xbox application to disable DVR recording and
xbox overlay. I'm not a xbox user.

- Uninstalled and re-installed Xbox app; same problem

- Restarted computer : same probem

Problem is the dvr option arent available :

1/ There was a problem, try later

2/ There was a problem when loading information, try later. Acces denied.



I have an other problem; I don't know how to disable/remove this green stuff

when I uninstaled the xbox app, I still had the green overlay when loading a game ; see :



Have only Rust and DOTA2 installed on my computer. Have this green stuuf on both game and
win+g in game does nothing + I can't open in game xbox game bar.





What can I do ?

So can you acces your dvr and on demand through Xbox one?

Ya and they said they'd update us in 30min. But that was 15min ago

 

Not familiar in Spanish but you can try a few thing i normally try if things are working right

option 1

1. win key + R

2. type: cmd and hit enter, run as admin

3. type: powershell hit enter

4. type: get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxApp* | remove-appxpackage

this will uninstall the app then go and reinstall it again

Option 2

1. Win key + R

2. type in WSReset.exe. hit enter and let it do its job (only a few seconds)

Option 3.

1. hit the Win key and got to Settings/System/Apps&Features.

2. scroll down to Xbox app and click on it.

3.Click on the Advanced options tab.

4. If the app isn't working right, click on Reset.

I would also restart the PC after each one of these attempts

I would restart the PC to try and rid the gamebar UI overlay
