Forgotten Xbox Live Email

Hi everyone, I have forgotten my Xbox live email. But here is the tricky part i currently have a subscription

for game pass with this forgotten account and can't login to either utalize this or cancel the subscription.

I have tried all methods on contacting Xbox support. So if anyone has a way forward for me it would be

highly appriciated. Thanx

Ultimately you're gonna have to somehow figure out what email you used because even Microsoft support wont be able to tell you what email you used for security/privacy reasons.

When I called XBox, the phone system even says OUR AGENTS CANNOT HELP WITH A FORGOTTEN PASSWORD.

The email and password are the MICROSOFT ACCOUNT and just sign in to Xbox LIVE. Quit telling people to call support for forgotten passwords - they can't help.

Only account.live.com can fix the problem, and this was told to me by many agents at Xbox LIVE.

Hey there! Please get in touch with Xbox Phone Support and they will be able to get you that email address for you. Do to privacy reasons, we can't assist you with password resets nor can Xbox Phone Support. They can only assist you with recovering your
email. You can also go to account.live.com/acsr to get that password problem fixed for you.

In theory, you could solve this problem via the phone number you have entered in your account, and if you do not have a problem and you will not be able to access your account. Write this issue with online support for technical support.

Hi TheMatThing I don't think it is your email this has happened to a few people.



What you need to do is goto Storage Devices and Profiles



Then Delete your profile



Then go back to Storage Devices and select any of the Storage devices and press
Y 3 Times (press y one after the other)



Then Restart your Console



Press the Xbox Guide Button the big X in the middle of the controller and redownload your profile



after that everything should be ok and good to go



Once on your profile or before if you can update your Security Proofs
