Forgotten reward credits

The Xbox live reward program continues to frustrate me as the they refuse to help me with missing reward credit and failing to fix them. Because of this all the remainder were expired and now gone. Inconsistencies and incoherent is what led to this and they
let it happens.

First 23,000 reward credits converted to 13.80 is not the correct conversion it should have been 18.28 since conversion is based on local currency dollars to pounds but never correctly or updates, that's one mistake you made and theirs more.

Second the purchase you said was never mine to begin and asked for a refund but you didn't a major flaw in digital title. But you could have at least compensated by given me the same amount of credit i didn't spend on the game.

Third The givve 5 was about $60 dollar game, how incompetent can this program get.

Fourth you made a deposit I didn't ask but you couldn't extent the expire date. I could have keep those credit longer and I could have build it but no you deposit without my permission leading my credits separated that just lazy and just terrible .

My reward credit gone up and down many time and it got confusing due to inability to see this problem and failing to prevent. To make matters worse you could have extend to the expire date by adding the credit i demand but continue with reinforce your condescending
arrogant attitude with ignorance and repetition and that just selfish and rude and lazy again, a reason the why Xbox live reward is bad.

Here's how to fix this problem plus compensation for bad support. You can start by ignore the purchase and the expire credits and the programs inability to understand exchange rate by

1. Add 20,000 reward credits for remains credits you didn't converted fully in currency exchange. deposit and combing with the current credit will match the correct value of exhcnage rate. 20,000 means 20 dollars convert in pound in 16 and plus with 2 will
be 18 which convert to dollar is 23.

2 Add 80,000 reward credit for the program bad support continues use of repetition and can't even get facts right and bad attitude and for making the program gone too long

3.Add 60,00 reward credits for 60 dollar game you mistaken even though i asked.

I until this problem is solved and those amount of credits is agreed i will keep asking as i angry at such a bad terrible and let down Xbox live rewards as i demand fixed not excuses or feedback. I have waited too long it just inexcusable how you handled
this issue you have a lot of apologise for. So fix this problem

5,000 Rewards Credits are equal to £3.

Therefore, it would be impossible for 23,000 Credits to be 18 GBP. Even 25,000 Credits would be equal to 15 GBP, so it sounds like you are severely misinformed about how our program works. We recommend reading the FAQ to understand the policies of the Xbox
Live Rewards program (Xbox Live Rewards).

We do not handle payment activity. This forums is only for Xbox Live Rewards. We do not handle refunds/payments in
any way. You would need to contact Xbox Billing Support for any details on refunds.

You did not get a game for your Gimme Five reward. The only reward you received was the "Free Fall Map Pack" for Call of Duty: Ghosts. The ARV for this map pack was $15 USD, as stated in your previous posts.

Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, they will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account.

It is program policy to deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits.
