    Forgotten password


    Hi, is my gaming info gone for good and have to restart all over again. Haven't played in some time went to login my info was logges out. The second step verification to reset my password is an old phone number. Have the email and gamer tag. Even put in my XBOX Live info. That's not enough for the recovery form. Tried for a week to no avail.

    Any other options???

    If you have tried the last resort of Proving You Are The Owner method and failed. Then I am afraid that it looks like you will not get the account back. You could try one last time and phone Xbox Support and try to provide more details, Support staff will
    not just simple change the details because you asked, they need 100% proof you are the owner.
