Hi there! Apologies to hear about the lost password on your parental account. When you tried to reset the password on the parental account, what exactly happened when you tried to reset the password? Did an error message come up? Standing by for that info!

when you say "lost your account" what exactly do you mean?

have you forgotten the login or password?

the Microsoft account is the Xbox account, you cannot delete the Xbox account because it is the Microsoft account, having a Microsoft account covers all services of Microsoft. promoting family safety was enforced by EU rules and is therefore not a GDPR issue, they are following the rules given to them. if you choose the right to be forgotten path then you MUST close your Microsoft account and cease using Microsoft windows, Microsoft Office and all other related services in accordance with right to be forgotten, simples.
