Forgotten log in credentials for xbox S

My xbox fried and it won't even turn on so I can recover the email and I have various emails males just to do the fact that I have forgotten them in the past and I have 4 kids that all have xboxes with emails on them I am just trying to transfer all my data to my new xbox I can give them any information they need from my old account as far as games I owned credit card associated with my xbox gold pass et cetera et cetera I would just like to speak to a live person to tell them all this I try using their online support and it never gives me a prompt to speak to a live person even though it says you can or request a call

My wife got to a point somewhere along the way where they ask for a credit card that was associated With the account and she gave them the wrong card and now we can't find that spot that she was at again

What is really frustrating is the xbox was only 3 months old that Failed
